Datapact is an established IT provider formed over 16 years ago, and has been ISO 9001:2000 accredited for past 10 years.  Datapact offer a wide range of IT services, our clients range from Small Medium Businesses to Blue Chip clients and we also provide a specialist service for the Schools in the United Kingdom.

 

Our aim is to not just provide IT services and IT support when required but to provide a proper ongoing consultancy to provision for the future.

Network Support

Network support is all about providing a service for the software which runs the computer network.  This can mean providing software engineers response either onsite or remotely for user issues, email and server issues, problems with data back-up.  At Datapact we can also offer a fixed timed response for emergency support for all our Corporate, Small Medium Businesses and Schools.

 

We have a variety of different service levels to suite your Budgets and response times. We offer an advance purchase of support hours with a discount of up to 30%.  This means our rates for onsite engineering are as low as £70.00 per hour which is unbeatable within the square mile.  However, if you are based within the M25 area, Datapact DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE TRAVELLING TIME!  Contact our Technical Support Team to discuss further.

 

A typical example of our Network Support package:

 

- Two hour telephone response, guaranteed callback within two hours to ascertain the problem.

- If Datapact can login remotely to fix the problem, Datapact will refund half the cost of the call.

- If Datapact can not fix the issue remotely then an engineer may have to respond onsite within six hours to the problem.  Please see our Service Level Agreement for further information.

 

Hardware Maintenance

Hardware repair and replacing.  We provide onsite engineers with a fixed response time of 2, 4 or 8 hours.  Our engineers are Microsoft qualified amongst many other manufacturer accreditations i.e. HP, Dell, IBM etc.  All our engineers are Police checked and have constant ongoing training for technical and customer liaison.  Please refer to our Service Level Agreement for more information or contact our Technical Support Team.

 

Hardware Sales

We have sold millions of pounds worth of hardware including servers, Pc's, printers and other peripheral equipment plus switches and routers etc.  We are able to supply from a vast range of manufacturers.  Upon request we can also arrange an emergency replacement equipment to ensure business continuity. 

 

Cabling

Datapact can provide all cabling infrastructure for a single user office to a multi storey office block.  We not only add Data Network points but can design a network infrastructure for thousand's of users within one environment.  For instance Datapact have recently completed the provision of an office relocation for a large financial institution in the City of London which involved cabling approximately 2,000 points and the physical move of the hardware. Most of our cabling work is carried out after office hours, at night or weekends to keep downtime of the network to a minimum.  Contact our Support Team for a quote.
