Network Support
Hardware Maintenance Hardware Sales Cabling Network Support We provide Vendor trained and qualified software engineers either onsite or remotely for user issues, email and server issues, problems with data back-up, etc. At Datapact we also offer a Guaranteed and fixed timed response for emergency support for all our Corporate, Small Medium Businesses and Schools. We have a variety of different service levels to suit your Budgets and response times. We can offer an advance purchase of support hours with discounts of up to 40% on our standard rate or a Fixed monthly charge. This means our rates for Top Quality London based onsite support can be as low as £50.00 per hour. Datapact DO NOT CHARGE FOR TRAVELLING TIME! Contact our Technical Support Team to discuss further. A typical example of our Network Support package: - Two hour telephone response, guaranteed callback within two hours to ascertain the problem. - If we can login remotely to fix the problem, Datapact will only charge half the cost of the call. - If Datapact can not fix the issue remotely then an engineer may have to respond onsite within 4 hours to the problem. Please see our Service Level Agreement for further information. Hardware Maintenance Hardware repair and replacing. We provide onsite engineers with a fixed response time of 2, 4 or 8 hours. Our engineers are all accredited with HP, Dell, IBM etc. All our engineers are CRB checked and undergo continual ongoing training for technical and client liaison. Product Sales We are specialists in Microsoft, Symantec, HP, Apple and Dell but we are also able to supply from a vast range of manufacturers on a same or next day basis. Upon request we can also arrange immediate emergency replacement equipment to ensure business continuity. Cabling Datapact can provide data and voice cabling services from a single user office to a multi storey office block. We not only provide the basic cabling but can also offer a complete network infrastructure design and implementation service. For instance Datapact have recently completed the provision of an office relocation for a large financial institution in the City of London which involved cabling approximately 2,000 points and the physical move and re-installation of their Servers.
